Genus Vesselowskya Family Cunoniaceae

Description: Shrub or small tree.

Leaves palmately compound, 3–5-foliolate; stipules prominent on new growth.

Inflorescences axillary, racemose, sometimes branched near base. Sepals 5. Petals 3. Stamens 6. Ovary superior, 2-locular.

Fruit a septicidally dehiscent capsule; infructescences bent downwards.


Distribution and occurrence: World: 2 species, endemic Australia.
