Description: Caudex ± rhizomatous.

Basal leaves linear -oblanceolate, to 45 mm long, 7 mm wide; stem leaves linear, to 30 mm long, 3–4 mm wide. Internodes 5–10. Pedicels usually 2–3 mm long.

Corolla lobes to 15 mm long. Stigmas 0.6 - 0.8 mm long. Ovary c. 10 mm long.


Flowering: November to June.

Distribution and occurrence:

Wet, montane to subalpine tall heathland, often in open snow-gum-black sally woodland in sandy or granitic soils.
NSW subdivisions: CT, ST
Other Australian states: Vic. Tas.
