TYPE: Western Australia, 60 km E. of Norseman on highway 1 (3204'S 12222'E), K.D. Hill 692 & D.F. Blaxell, 14 Nov 1983 (holo NSW, iso CANB, K, PERTH).


Habit: Tree.
Bark: Bark glands present. Cotyledons obreniform (bilobed).
Leaves: Adult leaves disjunct.
Flowers: Calyx calyptrate; shedding early. Flowers white, or cream.
Fruits: Seeds red. Chaff dimorphic, linear and cuboid, chaff same colour as seed.
Distribution: W.A.
