State distribution in Australia, based on available literature

This plant has 3 facies, semicell, triangular or fusiform, with divergent spines. The base of the semicell is elongated in some cells giving rise to a cylindrical elongated ishtmus. In some cells the apex is slightly convex but this depends on the position of the cell. (Dingley 2003)
