Description: L 113.5–136.7um, Br 11.5–11.7um, Isth 9.6–9.8um, Ap 7.3–7.7um, L:Br 9.9–11.7. cells contained 2–4 pyrenoids in each semicell and the cell walls had faint and finely discernable punctae which were scattered rather than in rows. (Dingley 2001)
