State distribution in Australia, based on available literature

Presumably, C. porosum has been recorded from Australia before under the name of C. lundellii Delponte, in particular its var. corruptum (W.B.Turner) W. et G.S.West, see Borge (1911), Scott & Prescott (1958) and Ling & Tyler (2000). It is quite obvious, however, that the taxon in question has nothing to do with C. lundellii, a species characterized by a substantially deeper and almost closed sinus. (Coesel & Dingley 2005)
