Galium gaudichaudii subsp. parviflorum I.Thomps. APNI*

Description: Rootstock to c. 2 mm diam. Stem angles slightly to moderately broadened (1/3 to almost equal to width of faces).

Leaves in inflorescences generally spreading to slightly pendent, sometimes angled upwards, elliptic, terminal hair variably present.

Inflorecences with cymes congested with longest peduncle 0.5–1.5 mm long; ovary 0.4–0.7 mm long.


Flowering: Flowers mid spring to summer.

Distribution and occurrence: Occurs in eastern NSW, eastern South Australia, far south-eastern Queensland, eastern Victoria and eastern Tasmania.

Grows in forest and woodland.

Other Australian states: Qld Vic. Tas. S.A.
