Vittadinia cervicularis var. cervicularis N.T.Burb. APNI*

Synonyms: Vittadinia cervicularis var. A in Jacobs & Pickard (1981) APNI*

Description: Mostly annual herbs, scabrous to hirsute with ± glandular hairs.

Leaves variable, usually obovate, 7–35 mm long, 1–10 mm wide, apex recurved, margins entire or lobed near the middle.

Heads 10–14 mm long; involucral bracts ciliate at apex. Ray florets white to purple.

Achenes oblanceolate, 8.5–10 mm long, narrowed into a neck 0.5–3 mm long at the summit; ridges and ribs ± glandular pubescent; pappus bristles 6–9 mm long.
