	Millennium Seed Banks Seed Information Database - this database at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, contains information on seed characteristics (germination, storage requirements, weight, morphology) for MSB collections from around the world. Our New South Wales seedbank is a partner in this project.
	Australia's Virtual Herbarium (AVH) is an on-line botanical information resource accessible via the web. It provides immediate access to the wealth of data associated with scientific plant specimens in each Australian herbarium.

PapuaWeb	PapuaWeb - information network on issues relevant to West Papua, Indonesia (formerly Irian Jaya).
	BIONET - currently a restricted access site to the New South Wales Government Biodiversity information

	FaunaNet - FaunaNet is an online gateway to resources and expertise in biodiversity and conservation. The Australian Museum's Centre for Biodiversity and Conservation Research (CBCR) has coordinated the resources of FaunaNet into five modules.
	Search the Atlas of NSW Wildlife - This atlas contains recorded sightings of plants, mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and endangered invertebrates in New South Wales. It does not contain records of fish. Use the search form below to find recorded sightings and maps of plants or animals in a particular area.

HISCOM	HISCOM - Herbarium Information Systems Committee (HISCOM) advises Australian herbaria on electronic information systems. Reporting to the Council of Heads of Australian Herbaria, HISCOM meets annually to develop cooperative strategies relating to information technology in herbaria and plant systematics.
Type Photos	TypePhoto database - the Australian Type Photograph database is an index to the images of type specimens of plant names. The aim of this database is specifically to list types and other historically important collections that are not held in Australian herbaria.
