Description: Shrub 1–2.5 m high.
Articles not waxy; ridges angular to rounded-convex. Teeth 6–8, broad- or narrow-triangular with straight or somewhat convex margins, 0.4–0.8 mm long.
Anther 0.6–0.8 mm long.
Cone bracteoles obtuse to truncate.
Distribution and occurrence: Sassafras to Lake Bathurst, Braidwood and SW of Eden.
NSW subdivisions: SC, CT, ST
Intermediate morphologically between the other two subspecies but geographically separated.
