Daviesia benthamii subsp. humilis Crisp APNI* Description: Dense multistemmed shrub 0.3–0.9 m high.
Phyllodes terete, 5–30 mm long, 1–1.75 mm diam., rigid, pungent, continuous with branchlet at base, smooth.
Racemes 4–6-flowered; rachis 2–7 mm long including 0–1 mm peduncle. Calyx 2.4–2.7 mm long including 0.8–1.0 mm receptacle; teeth very shallow, < 0.5 mm long, apiculate.
Pod somewhat rounded in outline, 5.5–7 mm long, 4–5.5 mm wide.
Flowering: September–October
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in mallee, on sandy or loamy soils, usually calcareous; southwest from Condobolin.
