Description: Capsule depressed ovoid; flowers solitary or in 2–7-flowered umbel-like corymbs; style glabrous.
Distribution and occurrence: A pan-tropical weed, probably only native to Africa and India. First recorded in Australia in Cairns in 1933, now widespread in Queensland and across northern Australia. First collected in NSW in 2001 in Port Macquarie.
