Description: Weak subshrub, to 30 cm high; glabrous, scabrous or rarely shortly pubescent.
Leaves 3(–5)-fid at base of the plant, becoming simple; lamina linear, 4–40 mm long, segments 0.2–0.7 mm wide.
Umbels compound, lax, each head 6–25 mm diam.; peduncle 15–35 mm long; rays 3–5, 1–9 mm long; bracts linear, 0.5–2 mm long; bracteoles linear, 0.6–1.1 mm long. Petals 0.7–1.5 mm long, white, pink in bud.
Fruit broad elliptic, 1.2–1.8 mm long, 1.8–2.7 mm wide, brown. Mericarps 0.9–1.3 mm wide, sparsely tuberculate to almost smooth.
Flowering: Flowers mainly December–April
Distribution and occurrence: Usually found in coastal or near coastal heath on sand or swampy situations; between Yamba and Lennox Head and south from Eden.
