Description: Articles narrowly ovoid to subglobular, 2–5 mm long, usually glossy, entire.
Spikes of 2–14 articles, undulate in outline.
Seed flattened, broadly ovate to suborbicular; testa tuberculate over embryo, elsewhere granular.
Distribution and occurrence: Rarely collected in the far SW of NSW; also in Vic, SA and WA Grows in low-lying inland areas.
