Lepidium hypenantion Hewson APNI*
Description: Annual herb to 40 cm high, erect, glabrous.
Basal leaves to 9 cm long, not persistent, 2-pinnate, a few large marginal papillae present; stem leaves reducing to linear, toothed to entire, sessile, glabrous.
Inflorescence an elongating raceme. Sepals 0.7–1 mm long. Petals reduced and ovate or absent. Stamens usually 2. Silicula obovate, c. 4 mm long, 3 mm wide, wings slight in upper half, forming small narrow notch; pedicel 2–3 mm long.
Distribution and occurrence: Not widespread.
