Description: Herb with stem hardly exserted; rhizome absent; bulbs ovoid, 1.5–4 cm long, tapered, outer surface light brown.

Leaves 10–20, 3-foliolate; leaflets broad-obovate to nearly rhomboid, 1.5–4.5 cm long, 1.5–5 cm wide, emarginate, sinus less than a tenth the length of leaflet; lobes rounded; petiole 5–12 cm long, densely glandular-hairy; stipules tapering into petiole.

Inflorescences 4–12-flowered. Petals 9–20 mm long, light pink, greenish yellow at base.

Fruit not known in Aust.
