Distribution and occurrence: Escaped from cultivation at Oxley Park (North Western Slopes) and occurring at Lapstone, Blue Mountains (Central Coast). Native of central America.

Naturalised in Oxley Park and spreading down slope in a disturbed sclerophyll forest gully in the Lapstone area.
