Hibbertia saligna DC. APNI* 
Description: Diffuse or erect shrub to 2 m high, young branches softly pubescent, early glabrescent.
Leaves narrow-elliptic to oblanceolate, 20–110 mm long, 4–15 mm wide, apex obtuse or mucronate, base abruptly tapered, margins entire or toothed, upper surface glabrous, lower surface whitish-pubescent; sessile, stem-clasping.
Flowers terminal on short shoots, sessile. Sepals 12–16 mm long, silky. Petals c. 15 mm long. Stamens 20–35, surrounding carpels. Carpels 3, glabrous.
Flowering: spring.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in moist gullies, mainly in the Blue Mtns and adjacent foothills, north to Glen Davis; and south to near Batemans Bay. Specimens collected from Mt Imlay have been recognised as distinct, see Hibbertia circinata.
