Reseda lutea L. APNI*

Description: Perennial 20–80 cm high.

Leaves 5–12 cm long, commonly 3-lobed, segments linear, 2–6 cm long.

Raceme to 40 cm long, bracts falling. Petals commonly 5, 5–6 mm long, cream, lobes variable; upper 2 petals 3- or 4-lobed, outer lobes falcate, inner lobes linear, winged claws ciliate; lateral petals usually with a linear and a falcate lobe; lower petals with 2 or 3 linear lobes. Stamens 14–18, evenly spaced around ovary, not persistent.

Capsule oblong, 10–15 mm long.
